4 charged in teen's death in Washington County

(SALEM, Ind.) – Four people have been arrested as part of an investigation into a deadly shooting and crash in Washington County.
17--year-old Hunter Rowley, of Pekin, died after being struck by a bullet and crashing his pickup on June 13.
Indiana State Police investigators say the incident stemmed from a drug-related robbery involving suspected THC vape cartridges in Salem.
On Monday, the state police announced 20-year-old Isaiah Lambert, of Salem, turned himself in and was charged with Murder, Attempted Murder, Intimidation, Dealing In Controlled Substance and Pointing a Firearm at Another Person.
Jessica Lambert, 35, Kendall Cine, 20, and Ethan Edison, 22, all of Salem, have also been charged with Aiding Murder and Aiding Attempted Murder.
“Detectives interviewed multiple witnesses, reviewed electronic communications, and examined home security video as part of the ongoing investigation, ultimately identifying those believed to be involved and leading to the arrests and charges now filed in this case,” said ISP Sgt. Carey Huls
