Aurora to host 'Get to Know Your Neighbor' on July 16

(AURORA, Ind.) – Main Street Aurora will host ‘Get to Know Your Neighbor’ on Wednesday, July 16.
The community-building event was created to bring together residents, businesses, and first responders together.
It will be held from 6-8 p.m. in the 200 block of Main Street in Aurora.
“Get to Know Your Neighbor will host various safety demonstrations, educational resources, drug & alcohol awareness, visits from first responder personnel, fun activities for kids, music, food, prizes and a dunk tank,” said Main Street Aurora executive director Nancy Fahey Turner.
It is sponsored by Main Street Aurora and funded by CASA (Citizens Against Substance Abuse) grant funding thru Dearborn County drug court and City of Aurora Opioid Fund.
