Aurora woman killed after deer crashes through windshield

(BLOOMING GROVE, Ind.) – An Aurora woman was killed after a deer struck her vehicle in Franklin County last night.

The accident occurred on State Road 1 and Davis Road in the Blooming Grove area. 

Deputies say another vehicle struck the deer causing it to go airborne and crashing through the windshield of Jacqueline Korb’s pickup truck. 

Korb passed away at the scene.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Blooming Grove Fire, Letts Fire & EMS and the Franklin County Coroner’s Office.
