Aurora woman offers reward for missing cat

(AURORA, Ind.) – An Aurora woman is desperately hoping that her pet cat returns home safely.
Emma Mcginnis says Tigger has been missing from her home on Fourth Street since May 18. She is now offering a $200 reward for anyone who can bring Tigger home safely.
Emma says Tigger was a rescue cat and has been part of her family for four years.
"He is a part of everyone’s daily routine. He sleeps with my daughter every night. We all start our day with love from him and end our days with his love. He escaped through our back door when my son went out. The back door is hard to close and he loves to play in the grass but panic sets in every time he realizes he’s actually outside," she told The 812.
The family has spent the past two weeks making online posts, hanging flyers and searching the area nearly every night.
