Batesville grad Will Jaisle makes first college appearance

(BOCA RATON, FL.) – Batesville grad Will Jaisle made his official college debut for Notre Dame on Saturday. 

The freshman pitcher appeared in the second of a three-game series against Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Jaisle pitched one inning and recorded his first career strikeout as Notre Dame cruised to a 14-1 victory. 

The Irish are in Florida and Tennessee during the month of February and their first home game will be on March 3 against Eastern Michigan.

Jaisle also appeared in an exhibition game against Xavier last fall. Batesville junior Henry Garrett was there and took these photos.
