Batesville native releasing new song with accomplished musicians

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – A Batesville native is releasing a new song that has some accomplished musicians on it. 

Brooks Werner is a Purdue senior who is also pursuing a country career. 

His new song called ‘When it Rains (She Pours)’ will be released Friday and you can pre-order it here. 

The instruments were played by Wynona Judd’s guitar player, Diamond Rio’s fiddle player, Vince Gill’s steel player, the former drummer for Brothers Osborne and the bass player for Luke Grimes. 

The song was produced at Amber Sound Studios in Nashville.

Werner will co-headline a concert with Rachel Holt at the Liberty Theater in Lawrenceburg at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 17. You can get tickets here.
