Batesville Schools recognize retirees

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Batesville Schools held their annual Staff Appreciation Banquet on May 20. 

The school corporation recognized various staff members who have reached milestone years of service times. 

They also honored the faculty members who are retiring:

• Kathy Allen, Batesville High School (BHS) Special Education Teacher; 

• Sandi Beier, Batesville Middle School  (BMS) Science Teacher; 

• Becky Brown, Batesville Primary School (BPS) First-Grade Teacher; 

• LuEttie Harrison, BPS Cafeteria Manager; 

• Cathy Martini, BHS Business Teacher; and 

• Sheryl McCreary, BMS English/Language Arts Teacher.

  
  

The event also included door prizes while Superintendent Katy Eastes thanks staff members for their work during the school year. 

“We’re extremely thankful for our community partners,” Eastes said. “We would be unable to offer this annual staff celebration without them.”
