Batesville travel agency creates free vacation opportunity

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – A Batesville travel agency is creating a new initiative to help a local family who could use a vacation. 

Megan’s Amazing Adventures will soon be taking nominations for the inaugural ‘Journey of Hope’ trip. 

They hope to fully sponsor a trip for a family who has never had the opportunity to get away and relax. 

This program will be supported through community sponsors and optional contributions, owner Megan Fitzsimmons said. 

“We are also looking for a small group of community-minded individuals to help guide and support the program. Members will provide insight, help review nominations, and serve as a voice in selecting the recipient family each year,” she added.
