(HARRISON, Ind.) – A benefit will be held for a young mother and daycare worker this weekend.
27-year-old Shelby Caldwell is currently fighting back against Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Carcinoma cancer.
Shelby and her husband, Jacob, have two children and she serves as the Lead Infant Teacher at God’s Bright Treasures Ministry in Bright.
The benefit will be held at the VFW Duwel Post 7570 in Harrison from 12-5 p.m. on Saturday, June 13.
Proceeds will support this young family as they navigate the difficult diagnosis.
God’s Bright Treasures has spent the past two months collecting tons of items for the silent auction and raffle. You can view some of the bidding items by clicking this link.
There will also be a corn hole tournament, split the pot, live band, food truck and bake sale.
