BTD executive to lead national precision metalforming association

“I am honored to serve as the 2025 PMA Board Chair"

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – A Batesville Tool & Die (BTD) executive has been appointed as the Board Chair of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). 


Gene Lambert serves as Vice President of Sales at BTD and says he looks forward to continuing the mission of the PMA. 


“I am honored to serve as the 2025 PMA Board Chair and continue the important work of ensuring our industry remains innovative, competitive, and adaptable,” said Lambert. “By fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development, we can create a stronger, more resilient manufacturing sector that meets the challenges of the future head-on." 


The PMA is a full-service trade association representing the $137-billion metalforming industry of North America with more than 900 member companies. 


Lambert added that his focus will be on strengthening industry collaboration, fostering leadership development at all levels, and preparing the next generation of professionals for evolving market demands


BTD CEO Jody Fledderman held the board chair role with PMA in 2014.
