Child killed by fallen tree in Jennings County

(NORTH VERNON, Ind.) – A child has died due to the storms on Tuesday afternoon. 

The 4-year-old was killed when a tree fell on a home in the Geneva Township area, according to the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office. 

It happened around 3:30 p.m. and nobody else was injured.
