Franklin County Primary Election results

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) -- Franklin County had one of the highest voter turnouts in Southeast Indiana for the May Primary. 


Much of that was due to several contested races including the high-profile sheriff race. 


There were 4,363 ballots that were cast which represents a turnout of 255.

  • Adam W. Henson - 68%

  • Chris Maxie - 31%


Auditor 

  • Jennifer Boggs - 23%

  • Austin Jolliff - 42%

  • Hollie R. Maxie - 36%


District 1 Commissioner 

  • John Palmer - 43%

  • Larry Wiwi - 58%


District 2 Commissioner 

  • Nikki Day - 18%

  • Bob Evans - 33%

  • Tom Linkel - 25%

  • Brian Patterson - 24%


District 1 Council

  • Ken Ferman II - 29%

  • Bethany Luers - 21%

  • Joe Sizemore - 50%


District 2 Council

  • Ryan McQueen - 36%

  • Dean McQueen - 64%


District 4 Council

  • Jerry Hunt - 65%

  • Denny Walter - 36%


Brookville Twp Trustee

Carla Hacker - 34%

Irv Vonderheide - 66%


State Senator (District 27)

Jeff Raatz - 81%

Anthony Lee Jones - 19%


U.S. Representative (Democrat)

James Graham - 17%

Tim Peck - 19%

Brad Meyer - 53%
