DCALI to host trash pickup near Hidden Valley Saturday

(BRIGHT, Ind.) – Volunteers are invited to get involved in the Dearborn County Anti-Litter Initiative trash pick-up on Saturday, September 12. 

It will take place on Georgetown Road between State Road 1 and Fairway Drive from 9 a.m. to noon.  

Volunteers will meet at 8:30 a.m. at the corner of Georgetown and Fairway at the Hidden Valley Lake golf maintenance building for instructions and supplies. 

Clean-ups are also a good opportunity for students who need community-service projects. Minors are required to be accompanied by adults. 

This trash pick-up was organized by Amy Wilson of Hidden Valley Lake and it is supported by the Bright Fire Department, the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office and the Dearborn County Highway Department.
