DCMH adds doctor who specializes in foot, ankle surgery

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Decatur County Memorial Hospital is adding a podiatric surgeon to its Orthopedic team.
Dr. Kalen Farr will see patients through Southern Indiana Orthopedics on the DCMH campus.
He specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and treats a wide range of conditions.
His clinical expertise includes Achilles tendon and ankle ligament repair, fracture care, bunion and hammertoe correction, and complex reconstruction of the foot and ankle, including flatfoot and Charcot conditions.
With advanced fellowship training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Farr provides evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Southern Indiana Orthopedics continues to provide comprehensive orthopedic services on the DCMH campus through a team of specialists who work in close coordination with other specialties across DCMH, including rehabilitation services, pain management, and more, to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated treatment throughout their care journey.
Dr. Farr joins Dr. Douglas Federle, Dr. Lisa Lanham, and Dr. Eric Tannenbaum in Greensburg to further strengthen a team that offers comprehensive orthopedic care, including sports medicine, joint pain relief, hip preservation, joint replacement, and foot and ankle care ranging from routine concerns to complex reconstruction.
