DCMH adds Greensburg grad as family nurse practitioner

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg graduate is the newest member of the Family Medicine team at Tree City Medical Partners. 

Decatur County Memorial Hospital has announced that Brianna Daeger will serve as a family nurse practitioner, bringing years of experience in clinical care and care management to the clinic. 

She began her healthcare career at the DCMH Pharmacy in 2008 before transitioning into nursing as well as care management. 

“I truly enjoy taking care of people and making a difference in their lives,” Brianna shared. “My goal is to promote better health outcomes while building strong, lasting relationships with my patients.”

The University of Indianapolis graduate was working at a neighboring facility prior to the new position. 

Daeger added that she is excited to continue a full-spectrum approach to care, where she will serve patients of all ages.
