Decatur County downgrades from 'Red' advisory

UPDATE (SUNDAY AT 11AM) -- Decatur County officials have downgraded back to a 'Watch Advisory' as road conditions are improving.
ORIGINAL POST (SATURDAY 10PM):
(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- Decatur County has just issued the highest travel advisory possible.
The county issued a ‘Red’ travel advisory at 10 p.m. which means travel is restricted to emergency workers only. During this travel advisory, individuals are asked:
Refrain from all travel;
Comply with necessary emergency measures;
Cooperate with public officials and disaster services forces in executing emergency operations plans; and
Obey and comply with the lawful directions of properly identified officers.
Decatur County is the first county in Indiana to issue the ‘Red’ advisory due to this winter storm.
