FEMA to host Town Halls in West Harrison this week

(WEST HARRISON, Ind.) – FEMA will host two Town Halls in West Harrison this week. 

Both will be held at 100 Railroad Avenue with the first taking place from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 10. 

The second town hall will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, September 11. 

The purpose is to connect with people who have been impacted by the storms and floods that occurred in mid-August. 

It will help people apply for FEMA assistance, check application statuses, ask questions and speak directly with state and federal staff members. 

Attendees are asked to bring their social security number, proof of insurance, damage information and photos, financial information, direct deposit information and contact information.
