(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – Local fire departments responded to two separate fires at locally-owned restaurants on Sunday night.
In Brookville, crews were dispatched to Hilltop Bar & Grill before 10 p.m. for a fryer fire. The fire was out before firefighters arrived.
In Greensburg, The tAAP restaurant also received a call from firefighters last night.
The owners confirmed nobody was hurt but added their building on Washington Street did sustain water and smoke damage.
They added that customers, friends and employees all stepped up to help during the incident.
“They didn’t hesitate to help once the fire department let them in! We will know more in the next few days about how long we will be down…. But know this…. We will bounce back because we know you all won’t let anything but that happen,’ The tAAp said on Facbook on Sunday night.
