(BUTLERVILLE, Ind.) – The heavy rains washed out a bridge in Jennings County Wednesday night.
It occurred on East County Road 1100 North in the area of Zenas and this video was submitted by Colby Rathburn.
“It’s a dead end road so I can’t get home. It’s by the grace of God I didn’t go home when I was supposed to, we would’ve been driving through there when it would’ve collapsed and it was so foggy and there was so much dust from it collapsing you couldn’t even see in front of you,” he said.
Several roads across the region are closed due to flooding and being impassable. More rain is possible through Saturday as a Flood Warning remains in effect through 2 p.m. Thursday.
