(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – Two Franklin County teens are not shying away from displaying their faith.
19-year-old Kyle Bolser and his friend, Braxton Case, came up with the idea to carry a cross in Brookville on Saturday.
Their journey began at the Brookville Dam and they walked 4 miles through town to the Franklin County Fairgrounds.
Kyle and Braxton both say they felt called to carry the wooden cross and they hope it inspires others.
“Our new motto is to walk with the Lord one mile at a time,” Bolser said.
Case added, “I feel God really inspired us to do this. I am very grateful to do this and believe that God had us do this for a reason.”
They’re planning to make this a monthly tradition and would welcome others to join them.
Bolser graduated from Franklin County High School earlier this year and Case is a current sophomore there.
