Franklin County man arrested for failing to register

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – A Franklin County man is accused of being in violation of Indiana’s Sex & Violent Offender Registry. 

51-year-old Lloyd Conn has been arrested after police say a month-long investigation revealed Conn was not in compliance with required registration provisions.

A warrant for Conn’s arrest and a deputy arrested him on charges of  Failure to Register as a Violent Offender. 

The case has been submitted to the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office for formal charging determination.
