Free "Souper Bowl" soup lunch to be held on February 8

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Batesville Food Pantry is inviting the community for a free soup lunch on Sunday, February 8. 

The initiative is called “Souper Bowl” and takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday. 

It will be held at the Batesville Intermediate School and dine-in and carry out will both be available. 

Anyone is welcome and free-will donations will be accepted.

Several restaurants, caterers and individuals are helping to make soup in coordination with the food pantry.
