(MILAN, Ind.) – A fundraiser continues for a young father who was involved in a serious crash earlier this year.
20-year-old Cole Moore suffered a spinal fracture, neck injuries and other wounds from the crash that occurred on State Road 129 in Switzerland County.
Moore was driving to work and fell asleep behind the wheel after being up the night before with his 2-year-old daughter.
“Cole has been placed on many lifelong restrictions, and this has had a significant impact on his future, especially with his ability to return to the physically demanding work he was doing to provide for his family,” family members said.

Cole and his wife were just married in February and are planning to welcome their second child in October.
A benefit account has been set up at Civista Bank and it is called the “Cole Moore Fund.”
Anyone that wants to help this young family is encouraged to stop by a Civista branch and make a donation.
There is also a Go Fund Me account which you can access here.
