Did Hope the Groundog see her shadow this morning?

(HOPE, Ind.) – Many of us know about the annual Groundhog Day tradition in Pennsylvania.
The superstition revolves around whether a groundhog sees its shadow. If it does, it means six more weeks of winter. If it doesn’t, it means spring will arrive early.
You don’t have to drive to Pennsylvania to witness this unique event as the Town of Hope has held a similar tradition since 2014.
Hope’s event was held in conjunction with Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitators on Sunday morning.
The star of the show was Hope the Groundhog and she was brought out of her box to predict the weather.
Unfortunately, she saw her shadow which means another six weeks of winter.
