Greensburg grad Sam West enters transfer portal

Has three years of eligibility remaining

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Greensburg graduate Sam West will no longer be playing football in Bloomington. 

The Indiana University tight end announced Tuesday night that he is entering the transfer portal. 

“I want to thank everyone at Indiana for an incredible past two years. I’ll always hold my time here in high regard and value the experiences and relationships I’ve built,” West said. 

West had one reception for 37 yards for the Hoosiers in 2024. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
