Greensburg, Jennings Co. players nominated for Preseason honors

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Two girls basketball players have been nominated for the IndyStar Preseason Player of the Year poll. 

Greensburg junior Claire Larrison was a key part of the Pirates team that went to the state championship last season. She averaged 16 points per game and is recognized for her defensive skills. 

Jennings County senior Molli Ernstes has also been named a preseason player to watch.

Ernstes averaged 22 points and 6 rebounds per game as a junior. She recently announced her commitment to play basketball for the Kansas Jayhawks.
