(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg native is using his experiences to release a new book that can transform how businesses deliver customer and employee experiences.
Zack Hamilton says he has spent more than two decades advising some major brands, including Apple, Nike, Walmart and Target, on retail strategy and customer experience.
It has led to the creation of a platform and book called the ‘Experience Performance System’ which launched Friday. It is currently #1 on Amazon Top New Releases for Business / Customer Relations.
Hamilton believes the customer experience has been stuck in outdated models for far too long.
“The Experience Performance System is different. It connects customer insights to measurable business impact, helping brands grow faster while staying closer to their customers,” Hamilton said.
The 2002 Greensburg graduate credits two high school educators for teaching how to communicate with impact.
The teachers are the late Mr. Louder, who taught business, and Mrs. Cash who taught English.
“Mrs. Cash once told me,” Hamilton recalled, “‘If you can take the most complex ideas and explain them in the simplest sentences, you’ll have a career of excellence.’ That advice changed everything for me and I carry it with me to this day."
