Inaugural Nathan Vogelsang Memorial Event will take place Sept. 13

(MOORES HILL, Ind.) – The inaugural Nathan Vogelsang Memorial Scholarship Fundraiser Event will take place on Saturday, September 13. 

Festivities begin at 1 p.m.  with an 18-hole bucket golf event with registration starting at noon. 

There will be activities throughout the day including cornhole, gift basket drawings, split the pot, live music and more. 

Organizers say there is no participation required as you’re welcome to come and honor Nathan’s memory. 

It will take place at the home of Chad and Jill Meyers which is located at 2119 North County Line Road in Moores Hill.

Vogelsang was a Milan graduate who performed many acts of selflessness that few others knew about. You can read about that here. 

He passed away in a car crash that also claimed the life of 19-year-old Landen Comer last November.
