Indiana Fever star stalked, goes viral same week

(INDIANAPOLIS) – Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham has had quite the week! 

An Indiana man who allegedly stalked Sophie was arrested for Harassing, Intimidating and Stalking her.

48-year-old Kevin Singh was jailed Wednesday after his social media messages began to escalate.

“Coming forward is never easy, the victim is setting an example by speaking out. No one should have to endure harassment, intimidation or threats of violence,” said Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears.

Sophie then got in the news spotlight after she defended Fever star Caitlin Clark during a spat against the Phoenix Mercury.

Tensions flared in a game this past week and Caitlin was grabbed by the throat by a Mercury player.

That’s when Cunningham stepped in to confront the Phoenix player.
