Jac-Cen-Del 1976 class celebrates 50th reunion

(NAPOLEON, Ind.) – The Jac-Cen-Del High School Class of 1976 marked a significant milestone this past Saturday, celebrating their 50th class reunion at the Town Hall in Napoleon. 

The 1976 class had 66 members and they have held a reunion every five years since graduation.

They have experienced many memories together including loss the classmates. There have been 14 members who have passed away. 

The 50th reunion had an impressive turnout with 37 of the remaining 52 classmates in attendance. 

A beloved teacher and mentor, John Ward, also stopped by the event. 

“The reunion was filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful conversations. Old friendships were rekindled, stories were shared, and new memories were created,” said Kay Thompson. 

She added, “The strong bond among classmates was evident throughout the evening, a testament to the connections formed during their school years that have endured across five decades.”
