Jeep ride, 5K for Greensburg girl with rare syndrome on Saturday

Will be held in Lake Santee

(LAKE SANTEE, Ind.) – A UTV/Jeep Ride and 5K will be held in Lake Santee to raise awareness about a rare syndrome on Saturday.
8-year-old Myla Jane Speer, of Greensburg, was diagnosed with Sturge-Weber Syndrome when she was an infant.
“It can affect my learning, my eyes, and sometimes I have seizures. But guess what? I don't let it stop me! I'm a fighter, and I'm learning and growing every day,” she said.
The event will be held at 13 Southwest Wrenn Parkway and will also feature a silent auction.
Registration for the 5K will begin at 8 a.m. and the race starts at 9 a.m.
The UTV/ Jeep Ride will have registration at 11 a.m. and it will start at noon.
