Jennings Co. K-9 sniffs out meth after traffic stop

(NORTH VERNON, Ind.) – More than 60 grams of meth are off the market after a traffic stop in North Vernon Thursday.

A Jennings County deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation around 1:30 p.m. and the deputy said he found 31 grams of meth. 

That traffic stop led to a search warrant at a home in the area of 920 East Buckeye Street in North Vernon

“K-9 Creed located an additional 34 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, syringes, controlled substances, and items commonly associated with the distribution of methamphetamine,” the Jennings County Sheriff’s Department said. 

50-year-old Jason Cutshall was arrested during the traffic stop and 58-year-old Lenora Robbins was arrested during the home raid.

Cutshall and Robbins have both been charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine along with other drug-related charges.
