Kat Von D announces grand opening date for Vevay store

(VEVAY, Ind.) – Vevay’s most famous resident has announced the upcoming opening of her new store. 

Kat Von D’s ‘VONDLAND’ will be a physical storefront on Main Street between Ferry and Liberty streets. 

The store will hold a grand opening at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 18. 

“If you’re around on July 18 come down and hang out with me, and if you don’t like shoes don’t worry as I also have some regular merchandise, some limited edition vinyl and I’m actually bringing back a small amount of my kids book,” she said. 

In addition to shoes, the store will also feature accessories, home decor, kitchen goods and a goth gardening collection. 

She added that VONDLAND will have limited hours at the beginning but she plans to have normal business hours in the future. 

The July 18 grand opening will coincide with the launch of the store website as well. 

Kat Von D rose to fame as a tattoo artist on LA Ink. She is also a model, musician, entrepreneur and TV personality. 

She moved out of Los Angeles to make her permanent home in Vevay in 2021.
