Kat Von D's new Vevay store to open Saturday

(VEVAY, Ind.) – Kat Von D’s store in Vevay will host its grand opening this weekend. 

 ‘VONDLAND’ is located between Ferry and Liberty streets and the grand opening will be at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 18. 

The store will feature shoes, accessories, home decor, kitchen goods and a goth gardening collection. 

“If you’re around on July 18 come down and hang out with me, and if you don’t like shoes don’t worry as I also have some regular merchandise, some limited edition vinyl and I’m actually bringing back a small amount of my kids book,” she said. 

She added that VONDLAND will have limited hours at the beginning but she plans to have normal business hours in the future. 

Kat Von D rose to fame as a tattoo artist on LA Ink. She is also a model, musician, entrepreneur and TV personality.  She moved out of Los Angeles to make her permanent home in Vevay in 2021.
