Lansing seeks re-election to Dearborn Co. District 2 Council

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A Dearborn County councilmember is seeking re-election.
Danny “Goober” Lansing serves as District 2 council member which includes the cities of Greendale and Lawrenceburg.
Lansing is a 1985 Lawrenceburg graduate and is a longtime FedEx Express driver. He has also coached youth sports for several years.
His father, Bo, served in county government for 40 years and his mom, Mary, was a teachers aide.
As a member of the Dearborn County Council, Lansing helps oversee county government operations, including essential services and facilities such as the courthouse and county jail.
He emphasized the importance of responsible budgeting, transparency, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used effectively.
“I remain committed to serving our residents with dedication, transparency, and common-sense leadership,” he said.
He added that he is grateful for the support he’s received over the years.
“I look forward to earning your support once again as we continue working together for our community,” Lansing said.
