(LAUREL, Ind.) – A Laurel woman was arrested on meth charges following a trespassing complaint.
Franklin County deputies were called for a possible theft at a home on West Commerce Street on Thursday.
The property owner told deputies that a woman had entered a shed on the property.
The person was identified as 43-year-old Deborah Weber and police say she had been on the property without permission.
“No items were confirmed missing from the residence at the time of the investigation,” the department stated.
She was arrested for Criminal Trespass and during the jail intake process police say she had methamphetamine in her possession.
