(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A Lawrenceburg man is accused of leaving the scene of an accident this past winter.
On February 7, Dearborn County deputies found a pickup truck that had crashed and caused downed power lines on Salt Fork Road and One Mile Road.
“As a result of the crash, a large number of area residents were without power for approximately 12 hours and traffic access to and from the One Mile Road area was significantly impacted,” Dearborn County Sheriff Shane McHenry said.
Dearborn County deputies say they found evidence that indicated the truck was driven by 33-year-old Daniel Sizemore at the time of the crash.
In May, Sizemore was charged with Criminal Mischief and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. He was arrested on May 20.
