(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – The Lawrenceburg High School principal has been named District 10 Principal of the Year.
Jared Leiker earned the award from the Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) this past week.
School officials say the award reflects Leiker’s dedication to student achievement, strong relationships, school pride, and opportunities for all learners.
“Mr. Leiker is committed to supporting both students and staff through high expectations, collaboration, and a focus on preparing students for success beyond high school. His leadership emphasizes creating a positive school environment where students feel supported, challenged, and connected,” said Lawrenceburg Superintendent Karl Galey.
Leiker will now be under consideration for Indiana High School Principal of the Year which will be announced in November.
