Local bikers to ride to Norwood benefit for mom that was killed

(NORWOOD, OH.) – Local motorcyclists are invited to join a ride that will support a single mother who was killed in Cincinnati. 

27-year-old Alyssa Hill was the mother of two young children. She was working at Skyline Chili in Norwood when she was stabbed to death by her estranged ex-boyfriend. 

The Norwood Police Association is hosting a fundraiser beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday at Cappy’s in Norwood. 

It has led some local bikers to hold a ride from Lawrenceburg to Norwood to be part of the fundraiser. 

Motorcyclists will meet at Drinks & More at 4 p.m. and then will ride to 1919 Cleaneay Avenue in Norwood. 

“We are not raising money. All funds go to the fundraiser for her children,” organizers said.
