(MILAN, Ind.) – A local nonprofit provided free self-defense classes to high school girls on Thursday.

It relies solely on donations and grants and their goal is to provide self-defense to young women before they go to college or the workforce.

Thursday’s class was taught by Jeff Frederickson, of Fishers  who owns Krav Maga Worldwide.
