Local wrestlers earn spot at IHSAA State Finals

(NEW CASTLE, Ind.) – Five local wrestlers earned a trip to the IHSAA State Finals on Saturday. 

There were more than 30 wrestlers who qualified for the Semi-State and you can see a complete list here. 

Here are the wrestlers who punched a ticket to state on Saturday. 

Matthew Baylor - Milan 

Mason Baylor - Milan 

Nyden Euson - East Central 

Brody Wingate - East Central 

Adam Brewer - Batesville 

Peyton Richards (Switzerland County)

The IHSAA State Finals will take place at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday, February 20 and Saturday, February 21. Tickets cost $20 per session or $40 for all sessions.
