Milan native Rachel Holt to replace Jelly Roll at major Blue Lives Matter event

(MAR-A-LAGO, FL.) – Milan native Rachel Holt has just been invited to replace country music star Jelly Roll for a major Blue Lives Matter event at Mar-a-Largo. 

The second annual Big Blue Bash is presented by Law Enforcement Today and benefits the nonprofit Federal Law Enforcement Officers Foundation, which supports the families of wounded and fallen officers.

It will take place at President Donald Trump’s Florida residence on November 17. 

Jelly Roll was scheduled to headline the event but was disinvited after making disparaging jokes about President Trump while guest-hosting Jimmy Kimmel last month. 

On Sunday, the event announced Rachel Holt will headline the event alongside Coffey Anderson. 

It’s described as an exclusive black-tie gala that will feature the heads of federal agencies, celebrities and other surprise guests.

Some high-profile guests Holt will likely perform in front of include FBI Director Kash Patel, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Border Czar Tom Homan, Attorney General Todd Blanche and many others, according to the event website. 

Organizers described Holt as the ‘Indiana church-choir kid’ who released the chart-topping pro-life ballad “I Was Gonna Be” in 2024. 

“She recorded the song even after being warned she would get attacked for it. Her line was, ‘I'm singing that song. I think a lot of the songs that girls my age listen to never talk about real life,’” said Blue Lives Matter on Facebook.
