Missing girl from Northern Kentucky found dead

(FLORENCE, KY.) – The search for a missing 9-year-old girl in Northern Kentucky has ended in a tragic manner. 

Jenny Din was found dead in a pond near her home in Florence around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, the Boone County Sheriff's Office confirmed.

She went missing on Friday night which prompted an extensive search over the past 24 hours.
