First responders rescue 3 from flood waters in Holton

UPDATE - 10: 25 A.M.
First responders have successfully rescued three people from a vehicle in flood waters in Holton.
The Ripley County Sheriff's Office said the three occupants are now on shore and being evaluated by EMS.
ORIGINAL STORY - 9 A.M.
(HOLTON, Ind.) – Multiple agencies are working to rescue three people near Holton on Wednesday morning.
There is an active water rescue on South County Road 400 West that began around 8:30 a.m.
Officials say the three people in the vehicle range in ages from 70 to 18-years-old.
Officials ask the public to avoid the area as they work the rescue those involved.
Agencies on scene include Holton Fire, Osgood Fire, New Marion Fire, Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police, and Indiana Conservation Officers.
