New Point station now offers Kroger Points to be used at the pump

(NEW POINT, Ind.) – New Point Food Mart has switched its gasoline provider in an effort to better serve customers. 

The station had been BP for several years but is now Shell and there are new gas pumps and signage. 

By utilizing Shell, it allows drivers to use their Kroger Points and Jay C Fuel Points at the New Point station.

He has owned the New Point station for six years and says his favorite part of the business is getting to know the customers. 

“I really like the people and the community and I’ve gotten to know many of the customers as they come in everyday. Sometimes, I see them multiple times a day but I would say I know 90 percent of the people who walk in here daily,” Patel said. 

New Point Food Mart is located at the intersection of State Road 46 and County Road 850 East. They also offer lunch specials and have a grocery section.
