No major injuries after near head-on crash near Friendship

Happened Monday night

(FRIENDSHIP, Ind.) – Two drivers escaped with minor injuries after a crash in Ripley County Monday night. 

Friendship firefighters say two vehicles narrowly missed having a head-on collision on Benham Road. 

“Which would have been very serious,” the department said. “As it turned out, both passengers received very minor injuries, were evaluated and refused treatment and transport.”

In addition to Friendship Fire, agencies that responded included Ripley County EMS, Ripley County Sheriff’s Department, and Affordable Todd Wrecker & Repair LLC.
