North Decatur second graders create 270 Blessing Bags

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – North Decatur second graders are giving back to the community this holiday season. 

Teacher Brittany Welsh led an initiative to collect items for Blessing Bags for both adults and children. 

The adult bags include a hat, gloves, two pairs of socks and hygiene products. 

The kids' bags have hats, gloves, toothbrushes and toothpaste. 

They have created 270 Blessing Bags which will be passed out in the community.
