(NORTH VERNON, Ind.) – The City of North Vernon is launching a new initiative to celebrate those who maintain and also have made significant improvements to their property.
The inaugural “North Vernon Revive and Thrive Program” will recognize homes and business who invest time and effort into enhancing curb appeal, making repairs, and have contributed to the overall appearance and value of their neighborhoods.
“This program encourages others to follow suit, fostering a stronger sense of community pride and shared responsibility for keeping our city clean, vibrant, and welcoming,” said Mayor Shawn Gerkin.
It’s a nomination-based program where any resident, business or property owner, or group who has significantly improved a property within city limits is eligible to be recognized.
The deadline for submissions is August 14 and the first round of winners will be announced August 28.
You can access the nomination form by clicking here.
