NY semi driver arrested for driving drunk

(COLUMBUS, Ind.) – The Indiana State Police arrested a semi driver for allegedly driving drunk. 

Troopers say the semi was seen driving recklessly while traveling on I-65 in Bartholomew County. 

A traffic stop was conducted and 64-year-old Rodney Sanford, of North Collins, New York, was arrested on suspicion of Operating While Intoxicated. 

Police say a search of the truck resulted in the discovery of marijuana, THC gummies, and prescription medications.
