One killed in Madison crash on Sunday night

Happened on State Road 7

(MADISON, Ind.) – One person was killed after an wreck in Madison on Sunday night. 

Officials say a vehicle traveling in the 3700 block of State Road 7 left the roadway and struck a utility pole. 

Emergency personnel on scene attempted to provide medical care to the driver.

However, the driver later identified as Gregory R. Thomas  55, of Madison was pronounced dead on the scene.
